“I’ve never had a child come to the front of the room and not leave until her questions were answered.”
That’s what my kindergarten teacher said when I was a little girl. Like most small children I was very inquisitive and had that magical sense of wonder about the world. Most children are naturally like this because they’re learning about life and trying to figure everything out.
Do you remember what that felt like…never being satisfied until you had an answer to your question?
Imagine if you never grew out of that stage and were just as driven today to learn and discover new things and new possibilities as you were when you were four years old.
If you can imagine what that would be like then you have a bit of an idea about what it’s like to be me.
I’m Sherry Pelkey and if I were a superhero, instead of an ‘S’ I’d have a great big ‘?’ on my chest because my super power would be asking lots of questions and not giving up and until I got results.
We each have our own strengths and passions.
If you aren’t as strong in the “perseverance” department as I happen to be and you find yourself being wishy washy – never really following through with anything long enough to the point of seeing real results – you’ll be happy to know that my passion conveniently happens to be evoking others to take action.
Some see it more as provoking but I’m okay with that because, hey, whatever works!

- Right-brained results creator with a dash of left-brained logic for good measure.
- Over 20 years generating sales in the advertising industry and creating unique promotional opportunities for customers.
- You will probably find yourself being drawn to me – either because of my positive outlook or my perma-smile.
- If you want to find more ways to create business, get in-tune with your real spirit, overcome your fears, or add to the value you bring to your clients, I’m your girl.
- I don’t think outside the box – I’m more of a “set-the-box-on-fire-and-stomp-on-it” kinda girl.
- My style is non-intimidating and thought evoking whether I’m coaching, leading results-oriented workshops or break-out sessions, and giving keynote speeches for groups and organizations.
- When I’m presenting to a group I customize my presentation to the audience.
- If you’re not ready to take action and get different results I can’t help you.
- My simple yet effective guiding principle is, “be yourself and help your customers achieve their goals.”

- Known as a ‘house flipper’ – love it. Buy, fix, sell. I’ve had my real estate license in past. And, currently hold a Staging Accreditation with StagedHomes.com (this will be my retirement fun)
- Love to garden – not always successful [but I will not give-up]. It’s relaxing digging in the dirt.
- Enjoy being by the ocean – plan to have a cottage [again] in my elder years… guess I better get moving!
- Single mom – constantly in ‘learning’ mode in this arena!
- Cool – son watched his mom ‘graduate’ again [Internet Marketing/E-Commerce… must keep up]
- Active – when someone’s kickin’ me a bit! Have been known to run/walk the escarpment stairs a lot when living in Hamilton, Ontario [that’s an experience]
- Drive safely – but determined! Please don’t text – use your signals – its green, let’s go – and the field looks the same as yesterday people
- Enjoy white wines, wild flowers and lilies
- Drink coffee – prefer good stuff, not dishwater
- Live music – where I can sit and enjoy
- Have been told to watch my Maritime accent [I think they were discriminating against my culture… hey! Watch it buddy!] Then, became the #1 regional consultant for new business in the region. Say what…
- Don’t tell me I can’t, because I will!
- Smile a lot! [maybe it’s the wine]
